Hi y'all. We made it safely to SF. Res.Inn even upgraded us to a 2-bdrm suite! PTL 4 guarding our sanity! More later...

My Workbench

Phases 1 (the frame) & 2 (the top) of my home-made workbench are now complete! Just a few "finishing touches" to go.

Chillin' with Santa (Carlsbad 2006)

Notice how Santa is gently restraining baby Sophia's left hand. Perhaps it's because only a few seconds earlier, he was made painfully aware of how adept she is at pulling on beards with her tiny little fist. (I wish we had snapped a picture of the look on his face!) I'm sure it was her way of saying, "Are you the real deal?" :-)

I put up a "zip line" in our backyard... it's like having free babysitting! :-)

Here's a "promo video" my friend Ryer and I did for our church's upcoming Men's Retreat. Ryer did the voices an co-wrote; I wrote, directed, edited and produced it.

Last night we went to see Sara Groves (on right) perform an acoustic concert at Maranatha Chapel. This was a big event for us, since we are HUGE fans of hers. Actually, I counted that we've performed ten (10!) of her songs for church services, over the last few years.

It'd be great to see here on tour with the whole band... and bring the kids, too.
